Louis is a mostly gray, larger male cat, with white on his chest, stomach and feet. He has a slight right-angled tail because of a previous injury. He is noisy/loud, you might hear him meowing, but he is shy/skittish and may not come to you.
Louis was lost off Salmon Beach Road, off Gibralter Road in Anacortes (South Island Area).
